Return Policy

No Refunds

If for any reason you want to return an item, simply send it back to us within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive your returned goods, a store credit code will be issued to the email address attached to the returned order number; within 7 business days. Items purchased with store credit will now become FINAL SALE, unless a mistake is made on our part.

Returns must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed & free from tanning or make-up stains with original tags & packaging).

Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning something due to a mistake on our behalf.

All Cancelled Orders will incur a 25% transaction fee, Must contact within the first hour of the order being placed. 

Restocking Fee Please note a 25% restocking fee may apply when applicable

If you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us immediately to get a replacement sent out to you. The shipping label to have the faulty or incorrect item will be provided by us. Please note that you must contact us and return the incorrect or damaged item within 7 days.
